Is LACEnano tattoo machine fully autoclavable?

Yes. LACEnano rotary tattoo machine is fully autoclavable including the motor, so there is no need to remove the motor to clean it in an autoclave.

Does it work with cartridges?

LACEnano only runs with regular tubes and needles. It is a rotary machine because it is driven by an electric motor (a brushless one) but it feels much more like a coil machine because the drive system is magnetic like with a coil machine and so it has the same kind of give that a coil machine has. As you know coil machines don’t work very well with cartridge needles because the simulated give mechanism in a cartridge (the rubber or metal spring inside) works against the natural magnetic give of the machine. It is the same with the LACEnano and so we only recommend using classic needles with it, no cartridges!

How does the warranty work?

The LACEnano Rotary Tattoo Machine and Power Supply come with a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty excludes the motor (the motor is designed to work perfectly for 10 years, but if you take it to the beach and drop it in the sand or bake it in an oven at 300°C it will die, this is why we are excluding it from the warranty - yes, people actually do things like that). But more importantly it also comes with a no nonsense Lifetime care package. We will repair and replace any parts of the machine. We will do this BELOW COST; not with a big profit margin like others, not at cost, but below cost, that is how much we believe in the quality of our product. And you don’t even have to be the original buyer or have the original receipt (like other companies demand of you); all you need to do is send us the machine in the original flight case (to protect it in shipping) with the Certificate of authenticity that came with it.

How do I place an order?

Ordering directly from LACEnano webshop is quite similar to other weshops on the internet. Select an item you would like to purchase and click »Add to cart«. In upper menu you will see a shopping cart symbol that will take you to your shipping cart details. If you have everything you need, you click the button »Proceed to checkout«. You fill in your Billing and Shipping address and choose your methid of payment. Don't forget to check the box next to Terms and conditions and you are set to place your order!

What forms of payment may I use?

You may pay using PayPal, direct bank transfer or credit card (We accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, Maestro and JCB).

Payment processing times:

PayPal: immediate payment
Direct bank transfer: 3-5 days
Credit card: 1-2 days

My shipping and billing address are different, can I still place an order?

Of course! However, some credit card providers demand that the shipping address is the same as on the credit card (so the billing and shipping address must be the same). In case you are experiencing trouble with ordering using credit card we recommend filling in a new order and choosing another method of payment.

How long until my order is shipped?

After you place your order you will receive an email with the summary and your order number. After you payment is completed (depending on payment processing time) it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You receive an email confirmation with you order being completed.

Do I have to pay import taxes or sales tax?

Import taxes depend on the country we are shipping to since we ship packages directly from our headquarters in Slovenia (Central Europe). All European countries pay sales taxes when placing an order but do not need to pay additional import fees. However, some countries outside the European union do have to pay additional import fees upon the package arrival.

How can I track my order?

After your order is completed, you will receive an additional email with »Shipping information«. You will be provided your tracking number and a link where you can check where your package currently is. NOTE: the tracking number is only valid after our carrier picks it up.

My country is not on the shipping list, what should I do?

If you cannot find your country in the dropdown menu when filling in your order, please feel free to contact us or check the official distributors list.

How do I receive coupon codes and where can I use them?

You may receive you special discounts by subscribing to our newsletters in which we offer special one-time deals. After receiving your coupon code you may use it on the "Checkout" after the "Cart"and entering the code below your item summary in "Coupon code" field. Click on the "Apply coupon" button and your sum will be recalculated immediately.
